All of our steaks are well marbled and cut to the highest standard. We offer a variety of cuts in various sizes.

Chuck Roasts

Our chuck roasts offer a large amount of meat with great marbling throughout to give the tenderest of meat when cooked slowly all day. Variety of sizes available and priced at $6/lb.

Currently have 2#, 3# and 4# roasts in stock.

Ground Beef

We pride ourselves in having a high-quality ground beef product to offer to our customers. When cooked, there is minimal fat to drain off and no shrinkage in product. Our ground beef is available in 1 pound tubes and priced at $5/lb.

We currently have a large quantity available in 1-pound tubes.

We offer a variety of items for grilling for all times of the year! We are excited to offer two BRAND NEW products and they are simply delicious! With summer finally here, check out our beef wieners and beef brats!

Hamburger Patties - $6/package (1/4 lb - 4 patties/package, 1/3 lb - 3 patties/package)

Beef Brats - $10.50/package (6 brats per package, priced at $7/lb)

Beef Wieners - $7/package (8 wieners per package, priced at $7/lb). Natural casing.

Our dried beef is absolutely delicious! It comes in 1 pound packages and is thinly sliced. Whether you are making bagel dip, eating on a sandwich or simply just snacking, you don’t want to miss out on this delicious product! We also offer beef snack sticks and beef summer sausage for all your snacking needs! Our beef summer sausage also goes great for entertaining guests and on sandwiches.

We have several sizes at $6/lb in stock and perfect for the person who loves to smoke their meat or pay special attention to it!

All of our chickens are “free range” with fresh food and water available at all times. The eggs are harvested daily, washed and cooled. All eggs are sold by the dozen or 18 count.
